How to Redeem:
Step 1: Open the TNG eWallet app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Add Money’ option.
Step 3: Select ‘eWallet Balance’.
Step 4: Click on ‘Reload PIN’.
Step 5: Enter the 10-digit reload PIN provided in the text box then click ‘Continue’.
Step 6: Choose to reload into either ‘Transferable Balance’ or ‘Non Transferable Balance’ then click ‘Continue’.
- A convenience fee of 1% fee applies for Transferable Balance.
- No fee applies for Non-Transferable Balance.
