Q1. Do I qualify for the UNIRinggit Rewards Programme (“Programme”)?
The Programme is open to all existing principal UOB Malaysia Cardmembers (“Cardmember”), except the following categories:
a) Cardmember of invalid, suspended or cancelled UOB Malaysia Credit Cards and/or whose accounts are delinquent as determined by UOB Malaysia;
b) Cardmember of company and/or corporate UOB Malaysia Credit Cards;
c) Cardmember of private label UOB Malaysia Credit Cards;
d) Cardmember of UOB Visa ONE Platinum, UOB Visa Basic Card, Lazada UOB Credit Card (only applicable to Pay with UNIRinggit), UOB Club Cards, UOB YOLO Card, UOB EVOL Card, UOB Simple Card and/or UOB Debit MasterCard.

 
Q2. How do I check my UNIRinggit balance?
Your accumulated UNIRinggit is reflected in your monthly Statement of Account. Alternatively, you may also check your UNIRinggit balance on the UOB TMRW app by tapping on the Rewards+ section then by tapping on My rewards.
 
Q3. Can Supplementary Cardmember(s) redeem the UNIRinggit?

No, only Principal Cardmembers can redeem the UNIRinggit.
